Americana Safety, headquartered in Las Vegas, Nevada, was founded in 1996 and is a privately held U.S. Veteran-Owned Business, providing full-service workplace safety consulting, compliance software and expert witness services and solutions nationwide. 

Americana Safety Software, a division of Americana Safety, was developed in 2006 to provide affordable & quality safety compliance products to our clients that are immediately downloadable. 

In business for nearly two decades, Americana Safety has earned the admiration and respect of our peers, competitors and clients for our dedicated professionalism, services and integrity. 

It has been our goal to bring together, under one roof, the most experienced and qualified team of safety and engineering professionals from many practice area specialties. Our unique business model continues to give Americana's clients a broad resource to choose from when searching for solutions to their business and legal concerns.

jdemaria1.jpgAmericana Safety was founded in 1996 by Joseph DeMaria, Ph.D. Dr. DeMaria is an internationally respected and board certified safety practitioner, author, inventor and highly decorated U.S. Air Force veteran. Prior to retiring from active duty military service, Dr. DeMaria envisioned the need for a multi-discipline safety consulting and expert witness services firm. Americana Safety was born from this vision and has continued to grow ever since. 

According to many of Dr. DeMaria's closest colleagues, it has always been his conscious effort to share with companies and their employees, how small the price is to minimize pain and suffering from workplace accidents and injuries while helping businesses to reduce liability claims, costly workers' compensation costs and increase their profitability.
